Payment : 

Once payments have been completed, we will process your order rightaway. It usually takes 2 to 5 business days for us to process your order. Once the merchandise is available and ready in our office, it will be send immediately. We provide international delivery worldwide with an online tracking number and a signature confirmation to make sure you receive your package safely. Your order will be dispatched using the most suitable courier, depending on size and weight. You will receive a shipping confirmation, shipping service provider ( TNT, UPS, FedEx, Post.nl , DHL ) and tracking number(s) via email when your order is shipped. 

We accept payments by Visa, Master, Paypal and direct bank transfer.

We guarantee all the luxury items ordered from us are 100% authentic. We purchase all of our items  directly from authorized boutiques and department stores around the world.

At this time we are unable to provide a tax-back (tax refund) service for any international / online customers.

Personalized order just for you. That means we cannot accept return. We recommend familiarizing yourself with fit of the specific model you are customizing.

Color varies between materials. Our site shows a very close representation of how your gear will look. However, because it is a digital representation, we expect there will be some variation between your screen and the product.

Orders are charged when they ship and do not require a signature for delivery. We begin the personalization process as soon as you place your order and are unable to make changes or cancel your order.

Packing :
